Shipping and Returns

 

1. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

 

1.1 The item must be in its original unused condition to be eligible for return except of course in the presence of factory defect or shipping damage.

 

1.2 Any item qualifies for return within 14 days of purchase.

1.3 Mail the item that you wish to return to: PO Box 3263 Brentwood, TN 37024.

 

1.4 Note that you will shoulder the shipping fee for the item you wish to return.

 

1.5 Returned items qualify for replacement of the same item or exchange for another item.

 

2. RETURN EXCEPTIONS

 

2.1 Some items do not qualify for return when they have been shipped. This includes software, music, and/or game and custom apparel and home items.

3. REFUND AND/OR REPLACEMENT 

3.1 Replacement of item/s shall be requested within 7 days.

 

3.2 Shall the buyer request for an item replacement, he shall pay the shipping fee and send the item/s to PO Box 3263 Brentwood, TN 37024.

 

3.3 MY GIFT OBSESSION allows the buyer to refund his payment or use the amount he paid to exchange the item to another item on the website provided that there are valid reasons to do so. Payment will be refunded the same way it was received.

 

3.4 Valid reasons for item replacement or exchange include: damage to item not incurred by the buyer, receiving the wrong item, and item is not as described. Shall any of these circumstances be present, we suggest the buyer to immediately call us at (615) 543 6707 for replacement or exchange request.
